Bradford’s own faux queen sings hits from her album, ‘Songs some other c**t made famous’. With vodka-soaked ramblings on her nine failed marriages, this diva-with-a-difference will take you to the dark side of romance and then renew your faith in love (songs)
Mysti Valentine is a diva-with-a-difference, gender illusionist and faux queen. A bright star of the northern alternative cabaret scene, this Bradford-based chanteuse will be performing a brand new show created especially for Hot August Fringe. She sings a selection of hits from her album ‘Songs some other c**t made famous’, including Bassey’s big numbers and showstoppers from Judy Garland, with a few 80s power ballads as a singalong treat. In her vodka-soaked ramblings she will tell you all about her nine failed marriages and why she hasn’t given up her search for Mr.Right – and she might even throw in a few make up tips. Ms.Valentine will take you to the dark side of romance and then renew your faith in love (or at least in love songs).
